Monday - 5km run @ gym
Tuesday - 25km bike @ gym
Wednesday - PT session - weights with PT Blair
Thursday - 20km bike @ gym
Friday - rest
Saturday - hockey
Sunday - yoga class
Every morning 15 minutes of yoga
Life is better when you're laughing.
Even if we're not in pain, laughter strengthens our immunity system and helps us to sleep better, concentrate as well as lose weight.
