August Sprint to the Finish


This is the third solo challenge. It requires getting active for 27 days in the month of August. Two of the workouts need to be done in the presence of a REPs PT or a qualified coach. You have to do a dietary recall for 5 consecutive days. Make a surprise healthy lunch for a friend and choose your superhero name!!

Stewart Family surprise!!

I took the Stewart Family: Rob, Jayne, Katie and Evie and my partner, Pete, a healthy lunch. Courgette, corn and tofu fritters, humus and pesto, beetroot, walnut and feta salad, a green salad and macademia lamington bliss balls with grapes.

Jayne said the girls will be happy that it was healthy! Everyone enjoyed it, even the girls - Katie took another fritter when we were clearing, saying they were really yummy.
