Week Ten

July 3rd - July 9th


Monday - (Meeting)
Tuesday - Gym - Bike 21km
Wednesday - Gym - Weights
Thursday - (Open Day/Night)
Friday - (Sick)
Saturday - Hockey feeling sick!
Sunday - (Sick)

Every morning 15 minutes of yoga


Exercising and colds

Cold weather alone won't give you a cold. It is an added stress. I very rarely get sick (I have over a hundred sick days available to me at work) and if I do it is usually in the school holidays! This was the case this week. I had been covering for teachers that were getting sick then we had Open Afternoon/Evening and I was in a room with the door open so it was freezing. On the Friday I knew it was coming - I was too wiped out to go to the staff function at the races. Saturday I did drug up and play hockey then spent the next two days wiped out!

Vitamin D

This regulates growth in just about every cell of our body and is critical to developing strong bones, teeth and eyesight.

Obesogens 

Chemicals which result in weight gain by acting as endocren disrupters. Try to use natural cleaners etc.

2. Jackfruit
3. Soya Condensed Milk
4. Black and White Glutinous Rice Balls with Black Sesame filling
5. Almond and Chocolate Frozen dessert
6. Aquafaba Meringue
7. Organic coconut milk with coffee

OK so that is not 4 but I ended up on a roll. I enjoyed all except the jackfruit - stinky and slimey!
