Tuesday - Bike @ gym 22km
Wednesday - 5km run @ gym
Thursday - 27km Bike 40 lengths swim Ukelele class
Friday - Yoga Flow 6.15am 4km run @ gym Massage
Saturday - 4km run @ gym
Sunday - Swim 40 lengths
Every morning 15 minutes of yoga

The right fuel at the right time. Sipping on some Horleys Replace from the 45th minute stage can effectively help fuel muscles and has the added benenfit of containing electrolytes
A recommendation to drink a glass of chocolate milk after exercise pleased me as I often get a craving for choc milk after exercising.
Make sure I eat enough good quality food.

I have been having half a Keto Protein bar straight after exercise. I have started having a protein shake as an alternative. I have a supply of Em's Power Cookies to power my challenge!
Quinoa is a super food high in protein
