Two more of my Be a PT sessions this weekend. I arranged to go for a walk from Bowenvale Ave up to the top of Hackthorne Rd and back with my friend Jayne. She hadn't been out walking for quite a while due to being busy with work and children. It was drizzling some of the time but was great weather for walking. She commented that she had needed the prompt to get out and do the exercise.
My third friend to take exercising was Janine, who I took to yoga. She was a bit nervous but ended up enjoying it and signed up for the introductory package so we will go again next week!
