Monday - Weights at the gym - The 45
Tuesday - Gym - Cardio and Weights
Wednesday - Yoga class
Thursday - Aquafit class
Friday - Yoga class
Saturday - PT session at gym -Yoga and Flexibility Tests
- Hockey game
Sunday - Yoga class

Every morning 15 minutes of yoga

I decided to do my flexibility tests again to see how I was going. PT Meg took me through a yoga session before the tests. I was pleased that I had improved in all of the tests.

Sit and Reach: 20.4cm (15.4 cm improvement since the Early Starter)
Groin Butterfly: *Left patella knee to floor 20.6cm (9.7cm improvement)

*Seam on pants to the edge of heels: 8.5cm (8.5cm improvement)
Shoulder rotation flexibility: 56.5cm (17.1cm improvement)
Back scratch/Cow Stretch: *Right elbow up - 4cm (4cm improvement)
*Left elbow up - 5.2cm (5cm improvement)
