Every morning 15 minutes of yoga

So I did my fitness test - the horrible 45. It is so intense with weights and cardio. Last challenge I was doing this twice a week but this time I was just using it as a gauge as to how I was going. I found the last 500m sprint really hard but was stoked that I did the test in a personal best. At the end of the 2016 Challenge I completed the 45 in 31.16m, At the start of the 2017 Challenge 32.10m and this week 17.8.2017 30.08m. I am writing this in Week 18 quite gutted that I read you could do your fitness testing from Week 17 - I should have waited to do the 45!! Oh well, I have to do it again!!

Four tips to stay on track after the challenge

1 - Write a training plan that kicks off Sept 18th
2 - Keep entering challenges
a. Have your efforts make public
b. Have a PT personalize exercises for you
3 -Surround yourself with people who force youto do better
4 - Pack your BHAGS
Big Hairy Audacious Goals

Cultural Festival

This was Cultural Festival Week where I coordinate all the schools in the festival that participate in the Wearable Art Section. The festival is held all week at Horncastle Arena with matinee and evening performances. This is a challenge for me as we are fed by Horncastle with yummy big meals and cakes with lots of snacks available so I had to be strong!
