Friday - Yoga Class
Saturday - Hockey
Sunday - Yoga Class

Why train with heavy stuff?


Training heavy raises metabolism after a workout for longer than just doing a cardio workout.

A faster metabolism for longer means burning more fat.

Increased muscle mass which results from strength training also raises metabolism.

Bathroom scales only measure weight, not body fat or muscle.

Grit - mental toughness - use this to form daily habits
