Monday - Yoga Class
Tuesday - Gym: Cardio
Wednesday - Gym: Weights
Thursday - Aqua Zumba
Friday - Yoga Class
Saturday - Hockey
Sunday - Mum arrives!

Every morning 15 minutes of yoga


What's your ideal time to exercise?


 I usually end up exercising in the afternoon because of work but I have enjoyed going to the yoga classes in the morning. I don't know which is best as I just exercise when I can.


It is important to stay hydrated.











Matters of the heart


Knowing your heart rate and heart rate variability can be powerful ways to measure fitness, heart health and even emotional health.
